Vendor check-in for the Preferred Partner presentation in the lobby. Pick up your name badge, get your table assignment, and head to the Willamette Room.

Fiddler’s Green Pro Shop opens for shopping in the Columbia Ballroom.

Bi-Mart Scholarship Golf Invitational welcome reception in the Columbia Ballroom lobby.

Lucky Number game and drinks in the Willamette Room. Everybody wins a prize!

BSGI dinner in the Willamette Room
Wednesday, July 15
Shadow Hills Country Club
7–8am
Fiddler’s Green Pro Shop open for shopping in the Columbia Ballroom.
7:30–9am
Golfers check-in at the BSGI tent. If you’re borrowing clubs they can be picked up at check-in. Drop your bags at your cart and head to the driving range to warm up.
Breakfast is served in the clubhouse.
8:50-8:55am
Be at your cart. Wait for the announcement to proceed to your starting hole.
Shotgun start. Tournament play: Scramble format.
11am–2pm
Lunch is available at the course in the clubhouse.
2:30-3pm
Meet us for awards and a bite to eat at the clubhouse when your round is complete.
